Question: How do I find the right vehicle for me?
Answer: All three Automax locations are fully stocked with SUVs, sedans, economy cars, sport and high performance coupes, minivans, and pickup trucks. If we don't have it, ask us. We may be able to find it for you! Use our Search Inventory section of this web site to find your next car today.

Question: Do you offer a warranty on your vehicles?
Answer: All of our vehicles are purchased AS-IS. What does this mean? Our cars are sold without additional warranty. If there is a mechanical issue with your vehicle, you are responsible for the repairs. When you have a need, we house a state-of-the art service center and are prepared to help you with any repair necessary to your new vehicle. If we for any reason cannot service your vehicle, we will arrange the repairs for you with only one of our pre-approved, authorized vendors. Most automobile dealerships do not offer service repair financing, but at Automax we will finance most repairs at no interest! We understand your vehicle helps you get around in life, so why add the burden of worrying about where you will have your vehicle serviced? Our ASE certified technicians are here for you!

Question: What is the Automax Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection?
Answer: Our goal is to find quality cars and make them better. Every vehicle at Automax undergoes a four stage, multi-point vehicle inspection before it goes out to one of our convenient locations. The cars that do not meet our quality standards are sold to other dealers, or sent to the auction. As a result, the comfort and security we provide our customers is unmatched by our competitors. Question: How do I comment on your award-winning customer service?
Answer: Easy. We understand the stress of automobile ownership and want our customers to know we are there for them. To facilitate this, we have a dedicated, private toll-free number set up for those customers who want to leave a private voice message.  This number is (866) 713-1966.  We also have a private comment box located here for those customers who prefer to leave a comment or by postal mail or email.

Question: Do you provide any reports for your vehicles?
Answer: Yes! We can provide every customer with a CARFAX Vehicle History Report that confirms mileage accuracy, previous ownership, recalls, accidents, and remaining factory warranties.
